Where does Weiyee.com ship?

We currently deliver to the following countries and areas:

What is the shipping charge and delivery lead time?

*When estimating your delivery time, please allow time for payment approval, address verification, security checks and order processing.

**All delivery time estimations are subject to stock availability and may be delayed for special requests (e.g. ring adjustment or personalization service). We cannot provide absolute delivery guarantees, due to unforeseen circumstances or matters outside of our control, delays may occur.

***The above shipping fee and delivery lead time do not apply to furniture orders. For furniture orders, our Customer Service will contact you for arrangement details.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Your signature is required at the delivery address. We recommend having your order delivered to an alternate address such as your office if you will not be home to sign for your package. Missed deliveries will require additional 2 to 3 business days for re-delivery.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), please understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the sales contract and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you. We reserve the right to deliver products only to the person who is the intended recipient of the order as stated on the label of the parcel and to request ID check for verification purposes at the time of delivery.

What kind of shipping address can I use?

You may use any residential or workplace address where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally; however, we are unable to ship to military addresses, hotels, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes.

How can I track my order?

To check the status of your order, you can log in to your WEI YEE account on our website, and click on the order to see your order status and track the shipment.
