Can I cancel my order?

If in any case you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase provided that the item has not been dispatched. Please contact customerservice@wei-yee.com with title "Order cancellation”.

How can I return or exchange an item ordered via Weiyee.com?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any Product purchased via weiyee.com within 14 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the conditions set out below.

1. Contact WEI YEE customer service to receive your return authorization number, which must be noted in the return package.

2. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with their original packaging (including packaging materials such as branded boxes, dust bags, all protective materials and stuffing, accessories, product leaflets, certifications, etc.). Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

3. Once received, your returned item will enter our quality control inspection process. If the item is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take seven business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed. (Please note that this timeframe may be longer around holidays or other popular gifting seasons.) If the item is unable to pass the quality control inspection, we will be in touch with the next steps to return the item back to you.

4. For returns and exchanges, you will have to pay the additional shipping cost incurred.

If in very rare instance that you find a purchase (i) damaged during transit; (ii) with quality defects; or (iii) with wrong goods sent, please email us at customerservice@wei-yee.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures and detailed description of the damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.

5. You may exchange an item for another item of equal or greater value subject to stock availability. If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you shall pay the price difference.

6. Each product can only be exchanged once. 

7. The exchange of the product is subject to stock availability and WEI YEE does not guarantee that any product shall be available for the exchange.

No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale goods and promotional items.

Customized products cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

All furniture orders are custom made and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. No reimbursement will be made.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is determined to be acceptable for return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order.

Please note that the time for the funds to become available in your account may vary, this can take up to 14 business days or longer.
